Palestine before Israel's creation

Palestine was a beautiful region with a thriving multi-ethnic society before Israel was established. Photos from many family albums dispel any notion that this was a "land without a people." Education, commerce, music and art flourished, and sustained a proud people who remain deeply attached to their land. We share these photos in honor of their steadfast resistance to the ethnic cleansing which has lasted more than 75 years.
