US Churches, Faith Groups Pledge Action Against Israeli Apartheid

June 16, 2023 - In recent years, many US Denominations have passed policy initiatives to name and oppose Israel's apartheid and persecution of Palestinians. A new call to action has galvanized more than 80 faith-based groups including several major denominations to commit to being "apartheid-free communities." This new initiative is gathering steam and promises to keep the issue of Israeli racism and oppression in the forefront of church awareness.
